Role Summary
- Position Title: Project Coordinator / Technical Coordinator
- Department: Operations & Engineering
- Location: Primary operations based in Dubai / Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Scheduling : Coordinate MEP retrofit project schedules, timelines, resource allocation, and material deliveries. Monitor daily and weekly site progress against agreed project timelines.

Typical Requirement
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
Experience
3–6 years of MEP, HVAC, or Retrofit project coordination experience in the UAE
Technical Knowledge
Familiarity with HVAC systems, chiller plant retrofits, MEP drawings, and energy management solutions
Software Skills
MS Project / Primavera P6, AutoCAD, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MS Office
Licensing
Valid UAE Driving License (strongly preferred for client and site visits)
Key Competencies
Strong English communication, multi-tasking under tight deadlines
