Key Responsibilities:

· Provide support to External Sales for complete order cycle (Order to Delivery).

· Ensure ordering system is maintained and updated with clean orders including clear instructions and/or communication to all related departments.

· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

· Address any deviations from the project plan promptly and proactively.

· Develop and maintain project documentation, including production/delivery schedules, inspection test plans, FAT invitation and Inspection Report Books [IRBs]

· Coordinate with procurement, supply chain and Quality teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.

· Monitor project progress and performance against established milestones and deliverables and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including contractors, consultants, end users to facilitate seamless project execution.

· Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and propose solutions to keep projects on track.

· Ensure corrective actions are followed through by different departments.

· Provide technical support and guidance to project team members, and resolve technical queries and issues as needed.

· Facilitate project closure by verifying that all deliverables have been met and approved.

· Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.

· Foster a collaborative environment that encourages the sharing of ideas and solutions.

· Various ad hoc assignments supporting the W&S BU.

Specialized Knowledge / Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g. civil, mechanical, electrical, or related field)

· Mechanical or Industrial engineering or similar technical educational background.

· Proven experience in project engineering or a related role, preferrable in the manufacturing or engineering industry.

· Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. MS Project or equivalent)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

· Strong computer skills.

· Fluent English speaking and writing.

· Self-discipline and organizational skills

· Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges

· Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
