Roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for Profitability of the project.
• Prepare, schedule, forecast, coordinate and monitor all the technical activity involved in the assigned projects aiming at assuring project accuracy/ quality from conception to completion.
• Monitor and follow up on the procurement requirements for the project
• To be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status
• Responsible for Profitability of the Project.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions

Must have skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 7+ years of relevant experience as a Project Engineer in Interior Fit out projects
