Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to successful handover, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion

• Oversee cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting

• Manage contracts and ensure compliance with project requirements

• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are maintained

• Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and site teams

• Resolve project issues and ensure timely decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction, including managerial roles

• Strong experience in infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, drainage, concrete, earthworks)

• PMP certification preferred

• Registered with Saudi Council of Engineers

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
