تبحث AD Ports Group عن أخصائي مشاريع لدعم مشاريع بحرية في أبوظبي تشمل سفن PSV وDSV وMPSV. تشمل المهام دعم تخطيط المشاريع ونشر السفن وتنسيق العمليات واللوجستيات البحرية، ومتابعة أداء السفن واستخدامها، ودعم تجهيزها للعمل وإنهاء مهامها. ويتطلب الدور التنسيق مع العملاء والمقاولين من الباطن والفرق البحرية، والمساعدة في الالتزام بالمعايير البحرية. يشترط مؤهل بكالوريوس في تخصص بحري أو في المجال البحري، وخبرة من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في المشاريع أو المجال البحري، وشهادة PMP ومعرفة ببرنامج MS Project؛ واللغة العربية مفضلة.

Responsibilities
- Support offshore project planning and vessel deployment
- Coordinate offshore operations and logistics
- Monitor vessel performance and utilization
- Support mobilization and demobilization of vessels
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and offshore teams
Qualifications
Educational and Technical Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Marine / Offshore discipline
- Offshore experience, preferably with PSV/DSV/MPSV operations.
• PMP certification.
Language Skills:
English
Arabic (Preferred)
Project coordination, stakeholder management, maritime compliance, problem-solving.
Familiar with MS Project.
Years of Experience:
• 5–8 years marine/project experience
Nature of Experience:
• Offshore experience, preferably with PSV/DSV/MPSV operations.
