Job Description

JOB PURPOSE
To lead and manage the delivery of MEP contracting projects from award through to handover, ensuring quality, cost, schedule and safety targets are achieved.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Manage overall project execution across mechanical, electrical and plumbing scopes.
● Develop and control project budgets, cash flow and profitability.
● Lead site, technical, planning and QA/QC teams for coordinated delivery.
● Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and main contractors.
● Monitor progress against the master schedule and drive corrective actions.
● Ensure full compliance with contractual, quality and safety requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
● 20+ years UAE/GCC experience in MEP contracting, including project management roles.
● Proven track record delivering large-scale MEP packages end-to-end.
● Strong commercial acumen and client relationship management.
● Excellent leadership skills across multidisciplinary teams.
● Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering; PMP preferred.
