Job brief:

The Quality Specialist – Laboratory is responsible for ensuring that all laboratory processes, testing, and results comply with regulatory standards, internal quality guidelines, and client expectations. The role focuses on maintaining accuracy, consistency, and reliability of laboratory operations, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate laboratory testing procedures to ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and internal quality standards.

• Conduct routine audits and inspections of laboratory processes, equipment, and documentation.

• Investigate and resolve quality deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints related to laboratory testing.

• Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records, reports, and quality documentation.

• Support validation, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field.

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a laboratory quality role.

• Technical Proficiency: knowledge of ISO 17025, GMP, GLP, and other relevant regulatory standards. Proficiency in laboratory documentation, quality systems, and CAPA processes. Excellent analytical
