Regional Marketing Manager, MENA and Global Programs
Abu Dhabi or Dubai, UAE, with regular travel across the MENA
About AppliedAI:
AI is everywhere except the bottom line. AppliedAI builds Opus, the only platform that rewires an organization’s processes for AI, runs them, and shows what that’s worth. Insurers, healthcare organizations, banks and other regulated enterprises use Opus to turn an AI mandate into results they can measure. AppliedAI is headquartered in Abu Dhabi and backed by Mubadala, G42, Palantir, Bessemer Venture Partners and other leading investors.
The Role:
As Regional Marketing Manager, MENA and Global Programs, you own marketing for Applied AI in theMENA and lead how the regional marketing playbook rolls out to the company’s other regions.
Account-based marketing is the core of the role. The MENA is Applied AI’s home market, and deals here move through senior relationships at a defined set of large organizations. Working with the global marketing team, you run account-based programs into the region’s priority accounts alongside the sales and outbound teams, and support the executive meetings Applied AI’s leadership holds in the region.
You also own the MENA event calendar, from major industry conferences to private executive dinners, and partner marketing with local resellers and technology partners. You lead local content, LinkedIn and web efforts for the region, adapting global materials for MENA buyers and partners.
The MENA is where the playbook is proven first, so you also help roll it out to the US, Asia Pacific and, in time, Europe. Regional marketers in those markets work with you on a dotted line, and you share what works so every region runs from the same playbook.
You report to the MENA regional leader, with a dotted line to the Head of Marketing, and work closely with the global marketing team, which sets brand, positioning and messaging and provides core materials, programs and playbooks. The role suits a marketer who knows how large MENA organizations buy and enjoys scaling programs from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
Account-based marketing
Run account-based programs into the MENA priority accounts, set with the regional leader using revenue operations’ ideal customer profile data.
Engage senior stakeholders through targeted content, LinkedIn, executive outreach and event invitations.
Work alongside the outbound team so each account gets one coordinated approach.
Support the leadership team’s executive meetings in the region, from target lists and briefings to follow-up and tracking.
Events

Choose the conferences worth the investment, and host private events for priority accounts.
Turn every event into follow-up, including meetings booked, content and social posts.
Represent Opus at major industry and partner events.
Partner marketing
Drive partner marketing in the region with local resellers and technology partners, in line with the global partner approach.
Shape joint marketing plans with priority partners alongside the regional sales team, and run the campaigns and events that come out of them.
Adapt Opus’s global partner kits for regional partners, and keep them current with each release.
Create and adapt the content partners need in client conversations, including solution briefs and presentations.
Work with Enablement so partner teams know how to use the kits and materials.
