As Regional Process Engineering Manager, you will collaborate with diverse teams across the IMEA region to enhance manufacturing capabilities, implement cutting-edge technologies, and support strategic growth initiatives. What you´ll do Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. Lead engineering projects, including process upgrades, capital investments, and operational excellence programs. Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to improve safety, quality, productivity, and reliability. Collaborate with site, regional, and global teams to standardize best practices and implement innovative solutions. Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and engineering standards across all activities.
