Responsibilities
Role Overview:
As a Registered Nurse in Recovery and Day Case, you will:
- Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care to patients recovering from surgery or procedures.
- Monitor and assess patients post-anaesthesia to ensure optimal recovery.
- Support day case patient flow from admission through to discharge.
- Work collaboratively within a team of surgeons, anaesthetists, and fellow nurses to provide a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- DHA-licensed or eligible Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 3 years’ post-registration experience, preferably in recovery, PACU, or day surgery.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to patient safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
