Job Description

The Operations Department at a Food Services company located in Jubail City, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is seeking to fill the position of Rendering Technician on a full-time basis. This role holds a critical position within the company's hierarchy under SLH Utility SEC - Rendering UN, playing an essential part in the supply and rendering division.

About the Position

The Rendering Technician is responsible for performing operations that convert raw materials into usable products and support logistics within the operations department. This role requires high technical proficiency and a thorough understanding of food safety standards and quality to ensure the best products and services are delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in processing raw materials and converting them into usable products according to specified standards.
• Ensure compliance with health safety procedures and product quality throughout all operational stages.
• Operate and maintain equipment and devices used in rendering processes regularly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth workflow and achieve production goals.
• Record and monitor all daily operation data and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Technical diploma or certification in maintenance, food services, or related fields.
• Proven practical experience in rendering or operational processes within the food services sector.
• Ability to work within a team and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of occupational safety systems and health procedures approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Good communication skills and effective problem-solving capabilities.
