Job Purpose

The Roustabout Pusher plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of rig activities. They not only supervise a crew of Roustabouts, delegating tasks, maintaining a safe work environment, and ensuring equipment functions properly, but also directly contribute to operations by overseeing cargo handling work, maintenance duties, and general labor activities. Additionally, they demonstrate a hands-on approach that bridges the gap between crew leadership and operational execution.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
