تعلن Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance عن حاجتها إلى محاضر بدوام جزئي في مجال المبيعات ضمن مركز القيادة والإدارة. تشمل المهام إدارة الأنشطة التعليمية، وإرشاد الطلبة، وتقييم الواجبات، وتحديث المواد الدراسية بما يتوافق مع سياسات المعهد وإرشادات الجهة المانحة. يشترط الحصول على درجة بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في مجال ذي صلة وخبرة مهنية حديثة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المبيعات، وتُفضّل الخبرة في القطاع المالي. كما تُفضّل العضوية في جهة مهنية ذات صلة والخبرة في خدمة العملاء.

The Leadership & Management Centre is seeking a Part-Time Lecturer in the field of Sales
- Teach and manage learning activities related to the subject being delivered
- Provide assignment guidance, feedback and assess assignment submissions to accredited professional bodies
- Review and update course materials, manuals, lecture notes, handouts, visual and other aids, document and record the course contents in alignment with BIBF’s policies and procedures and Awarding Body guidelines
- Follow up with students for any course submissions, case study analysis, assessment reports, etc. assigned to them as a part of the course/program requirement, verify and assess/grade all submissions as maybe required
- Act as an Assessor or internal verifier, if appropriate
The candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in relevant areas
- Membership of a relevant professional body is preferred
- Minimum 3 years current industry experience in Sales, preferably in the financial sector
- Customer Service experience is preferred
- Able to guide students with assignments
- Preference will be given to applicants who have relevant industry experience
