Reports to: Loss Prevention Manager
Main Purpose:
Responsible for collecting sales and COD cash from stores and warehouses as per the assigned schedule, ensuring safe handling, timely bank deposits, and accurate reporting through the eDeposit system and Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect sales and COD cash daily and deposit it to the bank or drop location.
- Report any issues or delays immediately to the Regional Finance and Loss Prevention teams.
- Submit deposit details and validated slips within 24 hours via eDeposit/Google Drive.
- Conduct weekly cash till and safe cash verifications at stores; maintain discrepancy trackers and report irregularities.
- Ensure store compliance with cash handling, cash control sheets, and petty cash procedures.
Key Communications:
Work closely with Store Managers, Area Managers, Operations, Finance, and Loss Prevention teams to ensure process compliance and accurate cash control.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree or Diploma
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a related cash handling or retail finance role
Skills: Cash collection, banking, computer literacy, data analysis, communication (English & Arabic), and loss prevention awareness
Work Conditions: Flexible working hours as required (typically 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
