Key Responsibilities:

· Review and understand specification’s, design’s and making correct product selection.

· Provide support to External Sales for complete order cycle (Enquiry to Delivery).

· Provide quick, precise responses to all sales inquiries associated with technical clarifications and pricing.

· Facilitate and complete order processing activity.

· Perform follow-up to ensure timely shipment of materials and customer satisfaction.

Assist in all post order activities.

· Collect market data and monitor competitor activity.

· Assist in making price lists.

· Actively participate in product learning and process improvement activities.

· Foster a collaborative environment that encourages the sharing of ideas and solutions.

· Various ad hoc assignments for the Customer Service Manager.

Specialized Knowledge / Skills

· Good computer skills (MS office, BC, CRM, acrobat etc.).

· Strong organizational skills.

· Good with numbers.

· Team player.

· Good written and spoken English.
