Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Engineer Trainee to join our team under the Tamheer Program. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in technical sales and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. The trainee will support the sales team in delivering technical solutions and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Support the sales team in preparing technical proposals and presentations.
• Communicate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure product specifications meet customer needs.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare reports, sales documentation, and maintain customer records.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Recent graduate (eligible for Tamheer Program).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
