Responsibilities

1. Support the full training cycle using the ADDIE framework: Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate.
2. Design engaging training materials, presentations, guides, and other learning resources.
3. Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, with a focus on participation and knowledge retention.
4. Support new hire onboarding and continuous learning programs for existing employees.
5. Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, quizzes, assessments, feedback, and performance data.
6. Support the rollout of new products, tools, processes, and features by developing clear and easy-to-understand training content.

Requirements

1. Fresh graduates or candidates with limited professional experience are welcome to apply.
2. Experience or demonstrated ability in presentation and training-material design.
3. Good public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.
4. Comfortable delivering sessions both online and face-to-face.
5. Good organizational skills and willingness to learn.
6. Able and willing to travel across cities for business and training purposes.
7. Interest in Learning & Development, training, sales enablement, or organizational development is a plus.
