تعلن NMDC Group عن وظيفة مهندس ثانٍ لدعم كبير المهندسين في أعمال السفن والقاطرات اليومية. تشمل المهام تشغيل غرفة المحركات وصيانة معداتها ومعدات سطح السفينة، والتأكد من كفاءة الآلات وأنظمة السلامة وسلامة تشغيلها. يشترط مؤهل جامعي أو دبلوم في الهندسة البحرية أو الميكانيكية، وشهادة كفاءة مهنية بدرجة 2E، وخبرة بحرية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات. الموقع المذكور هو الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day engine room operation, Assisting the Chief Engineer in all day-to-day running of vessel/tug movements/activities/operations in accordance with NMDC regulations, policies and operating procedures
Ensure the maintenance of all the engine room and deck machinery for smooth running of operations
Responsible to make sure all the machineries and safety systems are working safely, efficiently and within the provided parameters
Take ownership of own objectives agreed upon and of the objectives of the division
Investigate, understand and respond to the needs of internal and external stakeholders
Build and maintain strategically important client and contractor relations
Proactively serve and constructively respond to external client needs in order to meet business priorities
Initiate and stimulate teaming: horizontal (between departments) and vertical (within the different departments) cooperation in the organization
Show respect, flexibility and loyalty towards colleagues throughout the organization
Communicate clearly and succinctly orally and in writing. Adapt oral and written communication style to the audience
Manage conflict, solve problems and mediate between different interests of multiple stakeholders
