Penspen is hiring experienced Senior Engineer, Construction (Telecom) Site based in Abu Dhabi with extensive oil & gas experience to oversee telecommunications works for oil and gas projects, ensuring safe, timely, and quality execution in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of telecom systems.Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and construction work packages.Coordinate contractors, vendors, engineering teams, and other disciplines.Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and schedule compliance.Manage inspections, system integration, completion, and handover activities.Resolve technical and site-related issues.  Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in engineering Telecommunications, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering or related discipline is mandatory15+ years of relevant experience in the oil & gas sector5 years in GCC region5 years of experience in similar positionExtensive experience in Oil & Gas pipeline Strong knowledge of fiber-optic networks, CCTV, access control, PAGA, radio, telephone, and data systems.Experience in EPC/EPCM project environmentsIn-depth understanding of HSE requirements and industry codes/standardsProven leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills#LI-JM1
