Review, along with his team, drawings and deliverables submitted by the concept design consultant and ensure that constructability matters are covered before issuing the D&B tender package to the market. 2. Review deliverables submitted by the D&B contractor, including drawings, ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), method statements, RFI (Request For Inspection), MIR (Materials Inspection Report), materials site and lab testing reports, testing and commissioning plans, and all other relevant documents during the D&B stage. 3. Conduct along with his inspection team, regular site visits in coordination with the Projects Department to inspect and witness construction activities of WTS&D projects. These projects includes pumping stations, pipelines, water retaining structures, culverts, mechanical and electrical works and other relevant structures Ensure compliance with drawings and specifications during construction work Assist with the recruitment and finding of new staff Assists in putting cost estimates and timeline schedule to water projects as required Ensure functionality and implementation of QA/AC, OHS, Environment and Sustainability Plans at all sites Participate in facilities final inspection before the start of testing & commissioning Ensure and follow up closure of all snags during handover and defects liability period Ensure that all required documentation is submitted by the D&B contractor, through the Projects Department, during the hand over stage. Ensure successful testing, commissioning, and training of the O&M staff for all our facilities --- | BSc degree in Engineering or construction fields Should have a minimum 15 years of direct inspection and supervision of construction works, especially pipelines and concrete water retaining structures and culverts Leadership: Enable, motivate, and inspire the team to meet deliverables within project constraints by demonstrating commitment, expertise, confidence, genuine concern, and ability to help everyone solve challenges and achieve goals Business Communications: Use the right language, tone, and storytelling techniques when communicating, describing, or explaining issues over email, chat, reports, presentations, and other forms and channels of communication Decision-Making: Make prompt, informed, and fact-based decisions for the good of the project Accountability: Embrace ownership of and accountability for the project. Valid driver's license is a must Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure Ability to keep track of multiple projects | BSc degree in Engineering or construction fields License from a recognized construction or engineering body
