Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or an accepted equivalent.Minimum 15 years of relevant electrical engineering experience in oil and gas projects or operating facilities.At least 5 years in electrical operations, maintenance, commissioning, start-up or operational readiness activities.Proven experience in project-to-operations handover and coordination between operator, PMC, EPC contractor and vendor teams.Experience with electrical systems in hazardous areas and applicable electrical safety standards and project specifications.GCC, ADNOC and offshore experience may be specified where relevant to the project.Key CompetenciesElectrical system reliability, maintainability and operational assurance.Commissioning and handover documentation review.Maintenance planning, CMMS and spare parts readiness.Electrical safety, permit-to-work and isolation principles.Risk assessment, technical reporting and multidisciplinary coordination.Authority and Accountability This is a PMC review, coordination and assurance role. Contractor execution responsibilities remain unchanged. Switching, energization approval and operational acceptance remain with the formally designated authorities under the project’s approved procedures.#LI-SK1
