تبحث QatarEnergy عن مهندس أول للصحة والسلامة والبيئة لقيادة تقديم الخبرات في هذا المجال وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الشركة والمعايير الدولية والمتطلبات التنظيمية ومتطلبات المشاريع. تشمل المسؤوليات إعداد خطط ومواصفات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة للمشاريع، ومتابعة سجلات المخاطر والتقييمات البيئية، والتحقيق في الحوادث وقيادة عمليات التدقيق والمراجعة. يُشترط خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في هذا المجال، منها 5 سنوات على الأقل في منصب قيادي مماثل ضمن مشاريع بحرية لشركات النفط والغاز، إلى جانب بكالوريوس في أحد التخصصات الهندسية وعضوية جمعية أو مؤسسة مهنية معترف بها. وتُفضّل شهادة الماجستير.

Primary Purpose of the Job
Lead the provision of expertise on all HSE matters of the Department and ensure compliance with relevant QatarEnergy Standards, International Standards and Regulatory and Project Requirements.
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in HSE functions and exposure to EPC for major oil & gas projects of which at least last 5 years in similar HSE senior position in projects for reputable oil & gas operators in an offshore project’s environment.
- Familiar with HSE and Environmental regulatory regimes, international safety engineering codes and standards., particularly those related to offshore work.
- Experience in development of project HSE related plans, philosophies, and specifications. Relevant skills in HSE Studies, Environmental assessments, and Project HSE Risk Registers.
- Exposure to Accident/Incident investigation, review and learning from HSE incidents.
- Experienced as a lead auditor in key and critical HSE audits and reviews. Develop and maintain consolidated records, lessons learnt, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
- Extensive leadership skills to motivate and organise HSE and Contractor HSE Teams to achieve a high-performance level.
- Experience of managing large contractor teams
- Experience of being a HSE lead in a Project Management Team
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline from an internationally recognized University. Master’s degree is preferable.
- Membership of a recognized professional engineering or HSE association/institution is required.
