Role Summary:
The Senior Manager, Enterprise Project Management Office is accountable for designing, establishing, and leading the enterprise PMO function for AMTPJ, covering strategic, transformation, and capital project initiatives. The role owns the PMO governance framework, standards, and portfolio-wide execution
visibility, including Stage-Gate and Front-End Loading (FEL) governance for capital projects, and acts as the single source of truth for execution status across the enterprise portfolio. Initiative owners across Corporate Strategy, Transformation & Value Creation, and functional sponsors retain accountability for the outcomes of their own initiatives; this role provides the governance discipline, tracking, and executive reporting that keep the portfolio on track.
