Budget:

• Ensure effective allocation, forecasting and management of approved marketing budgets for campaigns and activities in alignment with business objectives and management to ensure the desired business impact, in alliance with Campaign Owners and management directions.

• Flagging up any significant findings affecting the campaigns / budgets or expenditures that may impact business performance.

• Handle and generate approvals as required and ensure compliance with the Bank’s approved policies and procedures, including Risk and AML policies.

• Work closely with the Finance Department to process all payments in a timely manner.

• Generate periodic and ad hoc reports to support Finance, management, and business owners in monitoring expenditures against approved budgets.
• Maintain detailed tracking of spending to facilitate accurate reporting and budget management.
• Ensure proper filing and recordkeeping of all marketing-related expenses, allowing ease of access for authorized staff.
• Assist in budget reconciliation activities and support financial audits when required.
• Monitor budget utilization and recommend corrective actions to ensure optimal use of allocated resources.
