ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Scope / Key Responsibilities

The Entrepreneurship Senior Officer will support the development and implementation of entrepreneurship programs, startup initiatives, and innovation-related projects. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills to ensure successful delivery of entrepreneurship activities and services:

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute entrepreneurship programs, workshops, competitions, and startup support initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external partners, mentors, investors, government entities, and startup founders.
• Support the development and implementation of strategies to foster entrepreneurship and innovation within the ecosystem.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and track (KPIs).
• Organize events, networking sessions, and engagement activities for entrepreneurs and stakeholders.
• Assist in developing partnerships and maintaining relationships with ecosystem stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and other program-related documentation.
• Ensure proper administration, record keeping, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Preferred Qualification / Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, Project Management, Economics, or a related field.
