تعلن QatarEnergy عن وظيفة مشغّل أول في مزرعة خزانات التكرير بمدينة مسيعيد في قطر. يعمل شاغل الوظيفة تحت إشراف مشرف المناوبة، ويلتزم بإجراءات تشغيل وحدات المصفاة والمصنع الكيميائي والتعليمات اليومية. وعند حدوث اضطراب في العمليات أو حالة طارئة، يحيل الأمر إلى مشرف المناوبة للمساعدة في الحفاظ على سلامة الوحدة والحد من خسائر الإنتاج. يشترط مؤهل HNC أو ما يعادله، وثلاث سنوات من التدريب الفني، وثماني سنوات من الخبرة التشغيلية في وحدات متعددة للمصفاة أو المصنع الكيميائي، ومعرفة بأنظمة DCS أو تشغيل لوحات التحكم.

Primary Purpose of the Job
The incumbent under Shift Supervisor works in accordance with the Refinery and Chemical Plant unit Operating procedures and daily work Instructions/guidelines. In the event of process upset and emergency refers the problem to Shift Supervisor to keep the unit safe and minimize production loss.
Required Experience and Skills
•
3 Years technical training - HNC Level or equivalent.
•
8 Years of operations experience in multiple units of Refinery / Chemical Plant.
•
Good oral and reading knowledge of English.
•
Solid knowledge of DCS / Panel Operations.
•
Team Leadership/Surveillance / vigilance skills and control.
•
Good knowledge of Operational Procedures.
•
High level of alertness, anticipation and analysis skills are required.
•
Training on Firefighting/First Aid/BA/H2S.
Educational Qualifications
Higher Secondary Certificate or Equivalent and HNC.
