We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead complex product initiatives from discovery to delivery, shape product strategy alongside cross-functional teams, and deliver high-impact experiences that help merchants grow, sell, and succeed.

You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve meaningful problems, and elevate the quality of our products and design practices.

🎨 What You’ll Work On:

In this role, you will:

• Own complex product problems from discovery through delivery

• Design intuitive experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define product direction and priorities

• Influence product decisions using research, data, and customer insights

• Maintain a high bar for usability, interaction design, and visual craftsmanship

• Contribute to and evolve Zid's Design System and design standards

• Validate assumptions through user research, usability testing, and experimentation

• Transform ambiguous problems into clear, scalable product solutions

• Provide constructive feedback during design critiques

• Mentor designers and help elevate design quality across the team

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

• Partner closely with Engineering throughout implementation to ensure design quality

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

Core Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Interaction Design

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and measurable business impact

• Experience designing complex digital products across multiple platforms

• Ability to lead product discovery and translate insights into product strategy

• Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles

• Strong experience with design systems and scalable component-based design

• Proficiency with Figma and modern AI-powered design tools

• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to support design decisions

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

• Experience mentoring designers and contributing to a strong design culture

• Fluent in designing Arabic-first experiences with full RTL support

• Passion for solving meaningful customer problems through simple, elegant solutions

⭐ Nice to Have:

• Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, FinTech, or Logistics products

• Experience leading cross-functional product initiatives

• Strong understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, and product metrics

• Experience conducting or facilitating user research

• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design

• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions

• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows

• Strong English communication skills
