Job Purpose :
Manage the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and acquisition of new sites to support the company’s expansion strategy, ensuring commercially viable locations and timely site delivery.
Key Accountabilities:

-Scout and identify new potential store locations across targeted regions through active field visits.

-Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities from field visits, broker networks, and market intelligence.

-Secure high-quality photos and videos during site visits to document the location, environment, and accessibility.

-Provide preliminary site and contact reports to the Acquisition Managers for further commercial evaluation.

-Introduce new developers, landlords, and market contacts to the acquisition team to expand sourcing channels
