Industrial Complex, Riyadh

The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

Lead the end-to-end implementation and management of Odoo ERP solutions for wholesale customers. Ensure successful deployment, integration, adoption, and ongoing support of the system. Enhance customer engagement, operational efficiency, delivering effective digital solutions aligned with customer business requirements.

Functional Responsibilities

Project Management & Implementation

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Odoo implementation projects for wholesale customers.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables in coordination with all stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure implementation activities are completed within agreed schedules and quality standards.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop appropriate mitigation plans.

Customer Engagement & Requirement Management

• Act as the primary point of contact between the company, customers, and Odoo service providers.
• Conduct customer needs assessments and gather business requirements related to sales, inventory, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
• Translate business requirements into system implementation and integration plans.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure project objectives are aligned with business needs.

Vendor & License Management

• Coordinate with Odoo vendors and implementation partners regarding licensing, system configuration, customization, and technical support.
• Manage the procurement, renewal, and allocation of software licenses provided to customers.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure service-level agreements are met.

System Integration & Coordination

• Coordinate with customer’s IT team and technical teams to ensure successful system deployment and integration.
• Oversee integration between Odoo and customer operational processes, including warehouse management, inventory control, order management, and supply chain activities.
• Facilitate end-to-end testing and validation of implemented solutions.

Change Management & User Adoption

• Develop implementation and rollout plans to support customer onboarding and adoption.
• Coordinate user training sessions and provide guidance on system functionalities and best practices.
• Promote customer engagement and maximize utilization of the solution to achieve business benefits.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor system usage, project outcomes, and customer satisfaction levels.
• Track key performance indicators related to customer adoption, operational efficiency, and customer retention.
• Identify enhancement opportunities and coordinate system improvements with stakeholders.
• Prepare project status reports and implementation performance summaries for management.

Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to support long-term partnerships.
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand system usage and increase customer value realization.
• Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives through effective delivery of digital solutions and services.

• Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

• Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Qualification

Bachelor in Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems or Any relevant field
