About the Role

As Showcaller, you will lead the live execution of shows, ensuring all technical and performance elements are delivered with precision and accuracy.

This is a high-pressure, detail-critical role where you will take full control of cueing and timing, coordinating across teams to ensure seamless delivery from rehearsals through to live performance.

What You’ll Do

• Call all technical and performance cues during rehearsals and live shows
• Lead rehearsals, cue sessions, and technical run-throughs
• Coordinate closely with technical, production, and stage teams
• Maintain full control of show flow and execution during live events
• Ensure precise timing, transitions, and sequencing
• Adapt quickly to changes, making real-time decisions under pressure
• Support overall show delivery to ensure consistency and quality

About You

✔ Proven experience in showcalling for live events or productions

✔ Strong technical understanding of live production systems and cueing

✔ Clear, confident communicator under pressure

✔ Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

✔ Calm and decisive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

What You Need to Apply

✅ Proven experience working in live show environments

✅ Strong coordination, timing, and cue management skills

✅ Understanding of technical production and stage operations

✅ Fluent in English (spoken and written)

✅ Based in the UAE or open to relocation
