يقدّم برنامج سينيار الاستكشافي من Orient Insurance فرصة مدفوعة بدوام جزئي لمدة ستة أشهر للمواهب الإماراتية. يشمل البرنامج تدريباً فنياً متخصصاً، وتطوير المهارات المهنية ومهارات بيئة العمل، والتعرّف على أقسام مختلفة من خلال التناوب الوظيفي، إلى جانب الإرشاد المهني. يُقام البرنامج في مبنى Orient Insurance بمدينة دبي فستيفال سيتي، بمعدل أربع ساعات يومياً من الاثنين إلى الجمعة. ويستهدف خريجي الثانوية غير الملتحقين حالياً بالجامعة، وطلبة الدبلوم والجامعة، والخريجين الجدد غير العاملين؛ وقد يُنظر في توظيف المشاركين بدوام كامل بعد إتمام البرنامج بنجاح.

Duration: 6 Months
Commitment: Part-time
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday | 4 Hours per Day (Two Shift Options - 8:30 am – 12:30 pm and 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm)
Location: Orient Insurance Building, Dubai Festival City
