Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day construction activities and site operations.
- Lead and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress, programme, resources, and construction sequencing.
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical, construction, and site coordination issues.
- Coordinate design changes, variations, and additional works with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor quality and workmanship.
- Support project completion, snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi authority requirements and project procedures.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 15–20 years of relevant building construction experience.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager on building projects.
- SOE and DMT registration is mandatory.
- Strong experience in construction management, contractor coordination, project delivery, programme and quality control, and site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of building construction methods, drawings, specifications, and UAE construction practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Primavera P6 knowledge is an advantage.
