Job Description:

Tempesta Hospitality is looking for a Spatial Designer / Creative Concept Developer to join our team — someone who thinks beyond conventional table styling and builds experiential, art-driven installations. We’re not looking for a standard event decorator. We want someone who can take an abstract concept and turn it into a physical, sculptural, editorial-level experience — think unconventional material use, spatial composition, and design-led storytelling applied to tablescapes, centerpieces, and event environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing original creative concepts for table decor and spatial installations.
• Translating mood boards or abstract briefs into fully executed physical designs.
• Working with unconventional materials, including florals, produce, sculptural elements, and mixed media, to create statement pieces.
• Collaborating with the culinary and events team to align design with the overall guest experience.

What We Need:

• Background in spatial design, set design, installation art, or experiential design — not traditional floristry/event styling only.
• A portfolio demonstrating conceptual, art-directed work, not standard centerpiece arrangements.
• Strong material and spatial sensibility, with the ability to work comfortably with unconventional mediums.
• Ability to take a creative brief from concept through to full-scale physical execution.
• Based in Riyadh or able to relocate.
