Jazeera Airways is looking for a Strategy Associate who will play a key role in supporting the execution of the airline's strategic initiatives and transformation programs. (S)he will be focused on driving implementation, coordinating cross-functional projects, tracking progress against objectives, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making. The role requires a combination of analytical capability, project management discipline, and strong stakeholder engagement skills to ensure successful delivery of business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and multi-source analysis to inform corporate strategy and identify market/operational gaps.
- Monitor industry trends and benchmark against internal operations to surface strategic opportunities and performance gaps.
- Translate market findings into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Participate in and coordinate enterprise-wide strategic projects across business units and departments.
- Engage stakeholders to align departmental performance with strategic priorities.
- Collaborate on cross-functional strategic discussions (project and program management) to strengthen competitive advantage.
- Develop clear, compelling presentations of proposed strategic initiatives for leadership and stakeholders.
- Prepare real-time presentation and KPI summaries for executive team review and decision-making.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Aviation Management, or a related discipline.
Professional Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business transformation, project management, or a related analytical role.
- Prior experience in aviation/ travel/ transportation, preferred.
Competencies Required:
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Good Communication and presentation skills.
