Who you are

If you’re reading this, you’re smart enough to already know what we’re looking for. Insightful, yes. Inquisitive, naturally. Collaborative, of course. - A proven record of academic excellence

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

- Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities

- An innovative and collaborative approach to problem-solving

- Natural self-direction, with the ability to operate in ambiguity and learn quickly

- Eagerness to collaborate, coach, mentor, and help others grow professionally

- Education: Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics and Engineering; Currently studying the IESE MBA

- Languages:Excellent communication in English, local language of the applied office will be a requirement (Middle East accepts English as main language)

- Experience: At least 3-4 years success in a rigorous environment, such as a global company or consulting firm, investment Banking or other relevant industry/functional experience.

Interview process

Candidates will have virtual and/or in person first-round interviews from January 7th 2027 onwards, as established per IESE's guidelines. If you are invited to first round interviews, you will receive a notice from a Kearney recruiter to schedule your interview
