• Execute and supervise setting-out activities for diaphragm walls, excavation works, struts, base slabs, roof slabs, architectural elements, and associated structures.
• Establish and maintain survey control networks, benchmarks, reference points, and coordinate systems across the project.
• Monitor excavation levels, strut alignment, structural geometry, deformation markers, and settlement monitoring points to ensure compliance with design requirements.
• Verify dimensional accuracy and positional tolerances of structural, civil, architectural, and MEP works prior to construction and handover.
• Perform survey checks for reinforcement, formwork, embedments, inserts, sleeves, and openings before concrete placement.
• Coordinate survey activities related to tunnel-station interfaces, shaft connections, and adjacent surface structures to ensure accurate integration.
• Conduct as-built surveys and prepare records to verify completed works against approved drawings and specifications.
• Support Engineers, Construction Teams, TBM Operations, and QA/QC personnel by providing accurate survey data and technical guidance.
• Ensure survey instruments are calibrated, maintained, and used in accordance with established procedures.
• Identify and promptly report discrepancies, deviations, or potential clashes that may affect construction accuracy or progress.
• Maintain accurate survey records, monitoring reports, setting-out documentation, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate shift handovers and communicate critical survey information, outstanding issues, and monitoring results to the incoming team.
