Technical Interior Designer

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Prepare interior technical drawings, detailed layouts, joinery details, and documentation packages for project delivery.
• Translate design concepts into technically feasible and buildable solutions while maintaining the overall design intent.
• Coordinate with interior designers, architects, consultants, and suppliers throughout project stages.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and project standards.
• Review materials, finishes, and technical details to ensure quality, functionality, and constructability.
• Support site coordination and resolve technical issues during construction and fit-out stages.
• Coordinate and supervise junior team members during the production of technical drawings and documentation.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality across all technical deliverables and project documentation.
• Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Contribute to hospitality, residential, high-rise, and mixed-use projects with strong understanding of interior detailing and technical execution.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience
• Strong technical drawing and detailing skills, proficiency in design software, knowledge of materials and construction methods, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams and site execution.
