BEC Arabia is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Makkah. As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage complex project lifecycles, and liaise with high-profile clients, including government entities and private developers.

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while adhering to regulatory and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects in Makkah.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), safety standards (ISO 45001, NEBOSH), and client-specific requirements (e.g., ARAMCO standards).
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to align project objectives and secure necessary approvals.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
• Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and material approvals.
• Oversee quality assurance and control processes to ensure project deliverables meet BEC Arabia's standards of excellence.
• Implement sustainability practices, including adherence to green building standards like Mostadam and LEED.
• Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement across all project teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Thorough understanding of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience managing projects with budgets exceeding SAR 100 million.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
• Certification in LEED or Mostadam for green building practices.
• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools such as Revit.
• Familiarity with ARAMCO or SABIC project standards.
• Previous experience working on government mega-projects or smart city initiatives.

Working Conditions

• Based in Makkah, with frequent site visits to active construction projects.
• Office and field-based work environment, requiring the use of PPE on-site.
• Regular interaction with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Exposure to high temperatures and challenging site conditions typical of the region.
• Standard working hours with occasional extended hours to meet project deadlines.
