Team Manager
Job Description :
- Overall 13+ years of QA experience, including the last 5 years dedicated to Corporate Banking projects,
- Extensive experience in Corporate Banking testing covering Cash Management, Payments, Trade Finance, Lending, Collections & Receivables Management,
Virtual Account Management (VAM), and Corporate Digital Banking channels.
- Strong exposure to Payments including NPSS, WPS, SWIFT and corporate payment processing workflows.
- Experience testing Corporate Banking solutions, including host integrations, file-based transactions, channel interfaces, and end-to-end customer Digital Onboarding.
- Proven expertise in leading end-to-end Test Management activities, including Test Strategy, Planning, Estimation, Execution, Defect Management, and Reporting.
- Responsible for driving UAT delivery, resource management, risk mitigation, quality governance, and successful project sign-off.
- Experience working with UAE banks and a strong understanding of UAE corporate banking regulations, payment systems, and banking operations.
- Demonstrates a strong zeal to learn new technologies, perform hands-on testing when required, and effectively manage business stakeholders through walkthroughs, requirement clarifications, UAT coordination, and sign-off management
- Experience in MindGate DigiTB platform would be advantage
