Design educational content and materials and develop training plans in a systematic manner.

Preparing educational resources, including Learner’s Guide, Learner’s Workbook, Support material, Presentation Material and Facilitator’s guide.

Evaluate the training material, the effectiveness of trainings, and educational resources on regular basis to assure implement the best practices & latest scientific knowledge.

Conduct high quality training and keep pace with scientific developments in the field of training.

Commit to implement the training policy & procedures and continuous improvement in training development.

Assure that all trainees are onboard and use the best practices to keep them motivated & inspired.

Conduct Post Training evaluation, Tests, Trainee evaluation using the available resources and submit full report to the direct manager along with dashboard shows the most important ROI elements.

Ensure the compliance of the company’s employees to cooperate with standards and procedures during training sessions

Carry out activities related to his job in safe and environmental ways.
