Role Overview

At BOUNCE, we are seeking energetic and passionate individuals to join our team as a BOUNCE Trampoline Coach. As part of our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you'll work in an ONSITE environment fostering fun, fitness, and exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic presence on the trampoline floor who inspires young and adult guests while ensuring their safety and enjoyment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate trampoline activities, games, and classes with energy and enthusiasm.
• Ensure the safety of all guests by vigilantly monitoring behavior and adherence to safety rules.
• Deliver top-notch customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
• Motivate and encourage guests of all ages to participate actively and confidently.
• Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of trampoline areas and equipment.
• Provide demonstrations of advanced jumping techniques while maintaining safety protocols.
• Support the broader team with events, parties, and special programs.

Must have requirements

• Excellent jumping skills and physical fitness appropriate for trampoline activity.
• Outstanding customer service capabilities, especially in a recreational setting.
• Enthusiastic attitude and positive behaviors when engaging with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
