The VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of specialized forklifts (Man-Up/Man-Down) within high-density warehouse environments. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate movement, storage, and retrieval of inventory in narrow aisle racking systems. The VNA Driver supports warehouse productivity by performing precise picking, put-away, and replenishment tasks using RF scanners or WMS tools. A strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and operational efficiency is essential for success in this role.
Requirements
- Operate VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) forklifts—both Man-Up and Man-Down types—in a safe, efficient manner.
- Store and retrieve pallets from high racking systems within narrow aisle storage areas.
- Ensure accurate picking, put-away, and replenishment of inventory using handheld RF scanners or WMS.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned warehouse zones.
- Inspect and maintain VNA equipment daily to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Report any equipment faults, damages, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow warehouse safety protocols and participate in regular safety briefings.
