Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Experience: 6–8 years of relevant experience in operations and maintenance, energy services, facilities management, renewable energy and building systems, including 2–3 years of experience supervising technical team. UAE experience is preferred.
Monthly Salary Package: AED 18,000–20,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
Nationality: Open to all nationalities, priority shall be given to qualified UAE nationals.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedule compliance
- Solar PV system operations and maintenance

- Energy efficiency and performance optimization

- SLA compliance and client coordination
- Health, Safety and Regulatory compliance
- Maintenance cost monitoring and resource planning
