Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Work Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in operations and maintenance (O&M), facilities management, energy services, renewable energy and building systems, including at least 2 years of experience supervising technical teams or site maintenance activities. UAE experience is preferred.

Monthly Salary Package: AED 10,000–14,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Nationality: Open to all nationalities, priority shall be given to qualified UAE nationals.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities & Expertise:

• Supervise daily O&M activities and maintenance execution
• Inspect and verify work completed by technicians and contractors
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance compliance
• Support solar PV system operations and maintenance
• Coordinate MEP services including HVAC, BMS, and lighting
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot faults
• Handle service complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Monitor KPI, SLA, and quality compliance
• Conduct site inspections and ensure HSE and regulatory compliance
• Supervise technicians and monitor team performance
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and operational teams
• Maintain maintenance records and operational reports
• Monitor spare parts, tools, and maintenance resources
• Support energy efficiency and continuous improvement
• Escalate major technical issues and operational risks
