Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Printing Operator in machine setup, changeovers, and production runs.
• Prepare inks, solvents, cylinders, sleeves, and printing materials as per job specifications.
• Load and unload substrates such as BOPP, PET, PE, and other flexible packaging materials.
• Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities to the Operator or Supervisor.
• Assist in maintaining print quality, color consistency, and registration throughout production.
• Conduct routine quality checks and record production data as required.
• Ensure proper cleaning of printing units, ink trays, cylinders, and related equipment.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the printing area following 5S practices.
• Follow company safety policies, GMP, and quality procedures.
• Assist in minimizing material wastage and production downtime.
• Handle raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in a flexible packaging printing environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of rotogravure or flexographic printing processes.
• Familiarity with printing inks, solvents, and packaging substrates.
• Ability to work in shifts and under production targets.
