Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor 3D pouching machines in the flexible packaging production line.
• Ensure proper machine setup, alignment, and smooth production process.
• Maintain production quality as per customer specifications and company standards.
• Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting during production.
• Monitor pouch sealing, cutting, zipper fitting, and finishing quality.
• Minimize machine downtime and material wastage.
• Maintain daily production records and machine reports.
• Follow safety procedures and housekeeping standards in the production area.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience as a Pouching Operator in the flexible packaging industry.
• Knowledge of 3D pouch making machines and related processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• ITI / Diploma qualification preferred.
