تعلن University of Technology Bahrain عن وظيفة أستاذ مساعد بدوام كامل في دراسات العقارات، لتدريس مقررات دراسات عليا تشمل تقييم العقارات وتمويلها وتحليل الاستثمار فيها. يشترط الحصول على دكتوراه في تخصص ذي صلة وخبرة لا تقل عن أربع سنوات في التدريس الجامعي. يُتوقع من المتقدمين سجل بحثي راسخ، وتُعطى الأفضلية لمن لديهم أبحاث محكّمة حديثة وخبرة في التعاون البحثي. إجادة الإنجليزية مطلوبة، وتُعد العربية ميزة إضافية. آخر موعد للتقديم 30 نوفمبر 2026.

Area of Specialisation
Applicants must hold a PhD from a recognised university in a discipline relevant to real estate studies and demonstrate the expertise required to teach one or more of the following postgraduate courses:
- Real Estate Investment Analysis
- Property Valuation
- Real Estate Finance
- Property Development
- Real Estate Economics
- Real Estate Law and Regulation
Expertise and Subject Knowledge
Candidates are expected to demonstrate:
- Advanced subject-matter expertise in real estate management, investment, and related sectors
- Awareness of current and emerging trends, tools, technologies, and industry practices shaping the profession
- Ability to integrate industry insights, case studies, and real-world applications into teaching
- Experience in innovative teaching methodologies, including problem-based and project-based learning
Research and Scholarly Engagement
Applicants should have an established research profile in real estate, investment, or related areas. Preference will be given to those who:
- Have at least 3-5 peer-reviewed publications within the last five years
- Publish in internationally indexed journals (e.g., SCOPUS), academic books, or scholarly outlets
- Are actively engaged in funded research projects or academic collaborations
- Can contribute to research outputs aligned with Real Estate Management and Investment
- Have experience supervising postgraduate research
Teaching and Educational Technology
- Minimum of four years’ teaching experience at university level
- Experience in blended learning and proficiency in educational technologies
- Ability to design and deliver high-quality courses that foster critical thinking, analytical skills, and professional competencies
Professional Experience and Certifications
- Relevant industry experience will be considered an advantage
- Professional certifications in real estate, valuation, property management, or investment analysis are desirable
Language and Communication Skills
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students
