تعلن Apex Group عن شاغر نائب الرئيس المساعد ضمن فريق إدارة صناديق العقارات في البحرين. يتولى شاغل الوظيفة تنسيق الخدمات الإدارية لمجموعة من العملاء، بما يشمل المحاسبة وإعداد التقارير الفصلية والسنوية والإشراف على التدقيق ومعالجة طلبات رأس المال والتوزيعات. وتشمل المهام أيضاً العناية الواجبة للمستثمرين وفق متطلبات مكافحة غسل الأموال، ومراجعة إقرارات FATCA وCRS، ومتابعة الاستفسارات والملفات التنظيمية والضريبية. يُشترط توفر خبرة ذات صلة من 5 إلى 8 سنوات، ودرجة في المحاسبة أو المالية، ومعرفة بصناديق العقارات ومتطلباتها التنظيمية؛ وتُفضّل الخبرة في e-Front أو Yardi Voyager.
