Apex Group is hiring an Assistant Vice President for its Real Estate Fund Administration team in Bahrain. The role coordinates administration for a group of clients, including fund accounting, quarterly and annual reporting, audit oversight, capital calls and distributions, and regulatory and tax filings. It also involves investor AML due diligence, FATCA/CRS returns, client queries, and improving accounting processes. Applicants should have 5–8 years of relevant experience, a degree in accounting or finance, knowledge of real estate funds and regulations, and strong communication and MS Office skills; e-Front or Yardi Voyager knowledge is preferred.
