To ensure the services are delivered in accordance with the spa’s standards.

Responsibilities
- To prepare, clean and tidy spa premises.
- To be fully aware of the daily booking programmed and to update any changes by the receptionist.
- To check the following day’s appointments at the end of each day and to make necessary preparations accordingly.
- To be able to assist the customers on their needs upon arrival
- Must know how to do haircut, wash & blow dry, make up, pedicure & manicure, waxing and facial
- Must know how to use different salon equipment’s
- To check and maintain product supplies at the beginning and end of each day
- To check Spa Card carefully for specific instructions or guest requests
- Check and clear all beauty equipment and material in SPA store
- To ensure guest comfort during the treatment.
- To report any guest comments or complaints to the Senior Therapist as soon as convenient. In the absence of Senior Therapist, guest comments should be reported to the assistant spa manager.
